Shipping Methods

Handmade Lighting serves customers across Greece and worldwide. Shipping costs vary depending on the type, size, and weight of the products. We have designed our shipping policy to be as fair as possible, with shipping costs starting from €4 within Greece and international shipping starting from €60.

Orders are dispatched within 1–7 business days, depending on product availability and stock status. In cases where orders cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure circumstances (such as strikes, severe weather conditions, etc.), we will contact you regarding the completion of your order.

Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order.

2. Credit / Debit Card Payment

Payment processing is securely handled through EUROBANK, ensuring maximum transaction security. When entering your card details, the bank authorizes the amount without immediately charging it. The charge is completed once your order is invoiced.

For additional transaction security, all credit card payments are processed through EUROBANK secure payment services. During checkout, customers are automatically redirected to the bank’s secure server environment. All data transferred electronically, including card details, is protected using SSL 128-bit encryption technology.

Handmade Lighting does not collect or store credit card details in any way. Therefore, card information must be entered each time you make a purchase through our website.
